Orgonevibes offers free shipping for any purchase over £150 for both domestic and international purchases. Orders under £150 will be will be charged the Orgonevibes flat rates.

You do not need to create an account to make purchases on our site. Simply click Continue to proceed to checkout. To make your future purchases even faster, you can create an account during checkout.

You can make the payment using Credit card/Debit card via Stripe or Paypal, Direct Bank Transfer or Discount Coupons.

The discount Codes given to you can be used at the time of next purchase in the cart page. After inputting your coupon code click “Checkout” to apply the discount.

A shipment confirmation email will be sent to you with a tracking number. That tracking number can be issued to track your order.

All orders are shipped using Royal Mail First Class Mail for domestic deliveries and international.

In most cases, all orders confirmed before 6:00 GMT are shipped same day Monday through Friday. Orders placed Friday through Saturday before 13.00 GMT are shipped on Saturday.

US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand Shipping –
All orders are shipped Royal Mail First Class Mail (Tracked). Item delivery is estimated within 3-7 working days of the order. Tracking information will be emailed with shipping confirmation. This may take longer due to customs.

International Shipping –
All international orders will be shipped through Royal Mail (1st Class Tracked). Order delivery is estimated within 7-10 working days of the shipping confirmation. International shipping may take longer due to international customs in any given region.

Once your order has shipped it is no longer possible.

In the event that your item is defective in anyway, not including wear from normal use, notify us within 7 working days upon its receiving. You can send it back to us within Two Weeks of receipt and we’ll make sure to take care of you.

If an order cancellation message is sent to us before the item is dispatched then shipping expenses are refunded as well. In cases, the order has been dispatched it would need to be shipped back to us. The refund would be sent out promptly after we receive the order in the warehouse (without the shipping costs).

In the case of a return or refund, shipping and/or handling charges on the original order are not refundable. If your package was returned due to incorrect address input by the customer, shipping cost will need to be paid by said customer to reship. In case of a refund due to incorrect address a restocking fee will be deducted from the refund total as well as shipping cost. If your package was returned due to our mistake, all expenses will be paid by Orgonevibes.

Units to be returned should be packed carefully in their original packaging.

If you wish to get the product exchanged within 30 days of purchase, then the product has to be shipped back to us in its original packing and we will send out the new product after your shipment reaches our warehouse. Orgonevibes is not responsible for the reshipment costs.

We generally do not bring them back. That’s why if you see something you like we recommend you purchase it while you can so you won’t be disappointed if it sells out! You could subscribe to our newsletter for updates on the latest releases and arrivals.

Due to our products being small, customs fees rarely occur but in the case that it does happen to you all customs fees, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the end customer.

We do not store your complete credit card information on our website, and hence this cannot be compromised on our website. If you suspect that your card has been compromised on some other website and has been misused on our website, please immediately report the incident to your card issuing bank. Please also refer our privacy policy, which mentions that we do not collect or store your complete credit card information, and this is securely transmitted directly to the Bank’s payment gateway.
