Satisfaction

Your satisfaction is essential to us, and if you have a problem with your order, we will gladly work with you to find a solution. We genuinely want every customer to be completely happy with their purchase. Please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

Shipping

We will ship your order on the same or the next day, excluding Sundays. If you placed an order in error, you’ll have the possibility to cancel it before it ships or return it after delivery. All items are sent with tracking if the destination country allows for it (if not, it will be sent with a service that requires a signature on delivery).

Delivery time estimates from the time of shipping are as follows:

UK: 1-2 working days
Europe: 1-2 weeks
Rest of World: 1-4 weeks

Expedited Shipping

If you need your order to get to you quickly, we can use a UPS, DHL, FedEx, or DPD courier service. Please contact us before placing your order so we can provide you with the shipping cost.

Returns

We will gladly accept returns and exchanges. Contact us within 14 days of delivery. And dispatch items back within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We do not accept returns for custom-made products nor gift cards. Original shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping is on you. If your return is post stamped outside the return window, we reserve the right to issue a store credit instead of a refund. Orders over $200 will incur a 10% restocking fee.

Lost package

On the very rare occasion that an item is lost in the mail and tracking shows as non-delivered, we will issue a full refund if at least 6 weeks have passed after the posting date. Please contact us if you have not received your order within 5 weeks so that there is time to contact the post office and try to locate it, and arrange for a refund/replacement if it is not found. If the package is lost but tracking shows that it has been delivered, a police report will be required for insurance purposes.

Attempted delivery and returned packages

Please keep updated with the progress of your shipment by tracking it. Sometimes delivery may be attempted when no one is in to receive the parcel – in that case, your local post office or depot will hold it for you until you contact them to arrange re-delivery or pick it up. If an item is sent back to us due to non-delivery or a wrong address, we can re-send it to you for the cost of shipping. Alternatively, we can refund the item cost, minus the initial shipping fee.

Shipping Returns Back to Us

To return your product, please email us so we can provide you with the return address. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Import Duty and Tax

Orders shipping within the UK have VAT included in the final price. All International orders outside the UK may be subject to import duty and fees on delivery. Please check with your local post office or customs office to find out customs tariffs and taxes for your country. 

Privacy Policy

If you place an order with us we will collect your information only for the purpose of delivering your order, and contact you about your order (ie. providing you with the updates when the order ships). We only collect what is really needed. We don’t share your info with anyone else.

Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe. All transactions are processed using industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption. Your credit card information is never stored.
